Everything carries its history: when a ticket moved, who changed a file and when, what shipped in which release. "What changed last week" is answered from the record, not guessed.
One question is put to every connected source together. The strongest evidence from each is brought forward, near-duplicates are collapsed, and the agent is handed a compact, varied set of facts to reason over.
Every connected source is checked on a schedule you choose, from one to thirty minutes. Forge fetches what changed, refreshes only that, and retires what was deleted, so the picture your agents work from is at most minutes old.
Each connector knows how to ask its provider for changes since the last cycle: commits since a ref, tickets updated after a timestamp, pages modified in a space. Overlap windows catch late writes.
Content is fingerprinted. Unchanged items are skipped; changed items are re-read and replaced in place. There is never a moment where a source disappears from answers while it refreshes.
Items that vanished upstream are retired after the cycle completes, so a closed channel or deleted page stops informing answers without a manual purge.
Nothing an agent tells you is unsourced. Every piece of evidence it works from carries where it came from, and every answer shows its sources as citations you can open in one click and check for yourself.
